I did become involved with working for a candidate which as a result earns praise and rebuff depending on who you talk to.  I have encountered the questioning of my faith from some, angry responses and hang ups on my canvasing.  It has caused me to wonder why bother.  The Christianity Today issue for this month has been medicine for my soul as well as this blog.   I hope my candidate will hold to her pledge and your ideal of the common good and a lack of partisanship.  I can&#039;t screw it up too much as God is in control.]]></description>
